Mattress and sofa spray extraction
Spray-extraction cleaning with published sizes and seat prices.
Accessible fabric surfaces are cleaned by spray extraction. Fabric type and colourfastness are checked first. Mattress prices cover the top and four sides. Sofa prices cover the matching seat body and original seat cushions.

Mattress and sofa are priced separately.
These are standard service prices, not a limited-time offer. Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories homes follow this list. Tung Chung has no area surcharge. Village houses and remote land addresses add HK$120 per order. Other outlying islands are not served.

How the work is done
From fabric checks to extraction and drying advice.
Fabric and colourfastness check
The fabric, seams, loose areas and colourfastness are checked first. Items that should not be wet-cleaned are explained before work starts.
Dry vacuuming
Surface dust, hair and loose soil are vacuumed so they are not pushed deeper into the fabric.
Local pre-treatment
Visible stains receive local pre-treatment. Old stains, dye transfer or soiling in the filling are explained in advance.
Spray extraction
Cleaning solution is sprayed onto accessible fabric and dirty water is extracted at the same time.
Repeat extraction
The same area is extracted again as needed to remove more soil and moisture.
Dry-down and ventilation
The surface is extracted as dry as practical. Typical drying time is about 6–12 hours; humid weather can take longer.

Included in the standard service
Spray extraction for the listed size or seat count, shoe covers, waterproof sheets as the site requires, dry vacuuming, local pre-treatment, extraction and a cleared work area.
Confirmed separately
The underside or both sides, oversized or custom mattresses, sofa beds, electric sofas, extra cushions, leather, suede, fabrics that cannot be wet-cleaned, heavy soiling or extra surfaces.
Results are stated plainly
We do not make mite-removal or disinfection percentage claims, and we do not guarantee that old stains, dye transfer or odours will disappear. Results depend on the fabric, age of the soiling and how far it has soaked in.
Related issues within 14 days
A free follow-up covers problems caused directly by this cleaning. Existing wear, dye issues, filling problems and new soiling afterwards are not included.

How long does it take to dry?
About 6–12 hours is typical. Humid weather, thicker fabric or a filling that holds more water can take longer. Keep the area ventilated and avoid sealing it with plastic or a fitted sheet immediately.
Can you guarantee stain, odour or mite removal?
No. Spray extraction can lift soil and some odour sources from accessible fabric. Old stains, dye transfer, odours in the filling, or mites are not guaranteed to a percentage or to disappear completely.
What about leather or electric sofas?
Leather, suede, fabrics that cannot be wet-cleaned, sofa beds and electric sofas need photos first. The listed prices cover ordinary fabric seat bodies and original seat cushions only.
