Standard prices cover ordinary homes in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories; Tung Chung has no area surcharge. Village houses or remote road-access locations add HK$120 per order. Other outlying islands are not currently served.

Send the details that affect scope
Tell us the area and service, then send a full-item photo and close-ups. Include the unit count, mattress size, sofa seats or washer model as relevant. A full address is not required for the first enquiry.
Check and protect before work
The technician confirms safe access, water and power conditions, then protects the work area as required. If the on-site item differs materially from the photos, the difference is explained before any additional work.
Realistic results, clearly explained
We explain what was treated and any remaining marks or drying instructions. Directly related concerns can be raised through the same phone or WhatsApp contact within 14 days, subject to the original scope and records.
Common questions
Useful details before you enquire
Can several services be booked for the same day?
You can ask for them together. Availability depends on quantities, materials, site conditions, required time and the day’s route, so we confirm after reviewing the details.
How long do mattresses and sofas take to dry?
Usually around 6–12 hours. Ventilation, a fan or dehumidifier can help; thick fabric, heavy filling, humid weather or poor airflow can take longer. Do not use or cover the item before it is fully dry.
Are old stains, mould marks or odours guaranteed to disappear?
No. Fresh surface marks are often easier to treat. Old staining, colour transfer, bleach damage, aged rubber and contamination that has penetrated filling or internal parts may only improve partially.
Does mattress cleaning remove bed bugs?
No. Bed bugs require appropriate pest inspection and treatment. Vacuuming and extraction cleaning should not be presented as a complete bed-bug solution.
Does the HK$450 washer service remove the inner drum?
No. It covers accessible areas of a front-loading washer, including the door seal, detergent drawer, filter and drum opening.
