Removable parts are cleaned where the model allows, then refitted.
The filter and nearby area are cleaned where safe access and drainage allow.
Door interior, drum opening and commonly touched exterior areas; this is not an inner-drum strip-down.

What to know before booking
Do you remove the inner drum?
No. The HK$450 service covers the door seal, detergent drawer, filter, drum opening and other safely accessible areas.
Do you clean every type of washer?
Only front-loading machines. Send the brand, model and photos first. Top-loading, twin-tub and commercial machines are excluded.
Can all odour or mould staining be guaranteed to disappear?
No. Fresh surface buildup is generally easier to treat. Aged rubber, staining, embedded marks or a source behind the drum may only improve partially.
What should I prepare?
Empty the drum and clear the area around the dispenser and door. Tell us first if the machine leaks, shows an error or does not run.
